The following requirements must be met to qualify for a Reach and Teach event:

Minimum audience potential of 700 or more

Must be held in a gymnasium in a standing room only setting

Must allow the performance to be held with the lights out

Must make arrangements to allow for a fog/hazer machine

Must have wifi access in the performance space

Must provide private dressing room with shower facilities for the artists

Must make the performance space available the evening before for set up

Must use the Reach and Teach logo and title sponsor’s logos on all in house promotional material
