The following requirements must be met to qualify for a Reach and Teach event:

• Minimum audience potential of 700 or more

• Must be held in a gymnasium in a standing room only setting

• Must allow the performance to be held with the lights out

• Must make arrangements to allow for a fog/hazer machine

• Must have wifi access in the performance space

• Must provide private dressing room with shower facilities for the artists

• Must make the performance space available the evening before for set up

• Must use the Reach and Teach logo and title sponsor’s logos on all in house promotional material
